We are working with a well-established privately owned business within the renewable energy sector that is seeking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused Head of Operations to oversee multiple operational energy sites across the Northeast of Scotland. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a driven operational professional looking to take full responsibility for site performance, operational efficiency, maintenance strategy, team leadership, and long-term business improvement.

Reporting directly to the business owners, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, increasing output, reducing costs, improving reliability, and supporting the continued growth of the business. The role requires a hands-on and highly capable operational leader with experience managing complex industrial or process-driven environments. The successful candidate will be expected to lead from the front, build strong operational standards, improve site efficiencies, and deliver measurable commercial results across multiple locations.
