We are a remote-first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe. We are expanding and building a team of healthcare personnel to support our mission.

About the role

In your role as a healthcare assistant, you will be at the centre of our mission. Your main tasks will include performing clinical examinations, ECGs, measuring grip strength, eye pressure, taking blood samples, analysing blood samples, and managing administrative documentation. You will be a key person in ensuring smooth operation and high-quality results for our members.

As the first point of contact for our members, you need to be service-minded and enjoy meeting people. This position is ideal if you thrive in a people‑oriented environment. You will work closely with a team of skilled operators and experienced doctors, while also having the opportunity to take initiative and work independently. Your contributions will be vital to our success and to maintaining high standards.

We are currently looking for Healthcare Assistants/Phlebotomists who can perform dedicated Saturday shifts. Saturday shifts come with an uplift on base salary.
