At Ekkiden, we are looking for a VDI / EUC Support Engineer to join an international project within a highly demanding enterprise environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational support and stability of a virtual desktop infrastructure based on Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon). You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a reliable and high-performance end-user computing experience, handling incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong support mindset, solid troubleshooting capabilities, and hands-on experience in VDI environments.
Responsibilities- Operate and support the frontend management of the Omnissa Horizon VDI solution
- Handle daily operational tasks, incident resolution, and service requests
- Troubleshoot VDI-related issues and ensure service stability
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve user and platform issues
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Support application lifecycle activities, including software packaging
- Work within structured IT service management processes
- Mid-level experience as a VDI / EUC / Support Engineer
- Proven hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon)
- Strong experience in incident and request management in production environments
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise IT environments
- Good understanding of virtual desktop technologies
- English level B2 or higher
