We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Migration Consultant or Microsoft Partner to support a large‑scale enterprise migration project involving the transition from SharePoint Server (on‑premises) to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365). The selected consultant will work independently to plan and execute the migration using industry best practices and migration tools. The engagement may be extended to include post‑go‑live support.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan the migration from SharePoint Server (on‑premises) to SharePoint Online.
- Execute the migration using ShareGate and Microsoft migration best practices.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and minimal disruption during migration.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Produce technical documentation and migration reports.
- Provide knowledge transfer and post‑migration support as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with SharePoint Server (on‑premises).
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
- Hands‑on experience with ShareGate migration tooling.
- Demonstrated track record of successful SharePoint migration projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (one or more preferred), such as:
- SharePoint‑related certifications
- MS-100 / MS-101 (or current Microsoft 365 equivalents)
- PL-900
- Other relevant Microsoft certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
