Since 2006, we’ve been helping businesses optimize marketing and operations by combining AI with business and tech expertise across 4 domains: Marketing & commercial effectiveness, Customer analytics, Operational excellence, ESG & sustainability.
We are currently looking for our London‑based IT administrator who could start their adventure in October 2026. These renewable 12 months V.I.E will ensure an IT London presence, but also work on Global IT projects (Intune, Security, Azure Cloud) together with our IT Team in Paris and our IT Director.
Your responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support for the daily operations and maintenance of the Windows 11 device fleet, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune, and Azure services, building strong expertise within our cloud‑first environment.
- Prepare, configure, and deploy computers using Intune and standardized provisioning processes.
- Deliver daily end‑user support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track, document, and manage incidents using the ticketing system while maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Monitor hardware inventory and stock levels, ensuring appropriate forecasting and timely replenishment.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Serve as the primary IT Administrator for the London office, overseeing all local technology needs, operations, and infrastructure requirements.
- Actively contribute to major global IT initiatives, including:
- Continuous enhancement of Intune MDM and Windows 11 deployment workflows.
- Participation in Azure cloud projects (e.g. Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, and related services).
- Supporting global system and network security initiatives and compliance requirements.
Your profile
- Graduate from an Engineering School or hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science / MIAGE.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to write documentation in English.
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstations and networks; Azure cloud experience is a plus.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to drive IT projects.
- Rigorous, with strong practical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with your direct work environment, customers, and suppliers.
Conditions for undertaking VIE (Volunteer for International Experience)
- Be aged at least 18 but not yet 29: you must be 28 when you start your assignment, bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month.
- Be French or a European citizen.
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country/ies (defense ID n°).
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment: no part‑time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.
- Accept the letter of appointment that you sign with Business France which sets out your rights and your duties during your assignment.
