As Business Analyst you’ll drive clarity in requirements, business value, and momentum across high-profile projects for this B2B services provider. The successful candidate will join a relatively small team we have mobilised, where you’ll play a key role in shaping, refining, and delivering requirements across highly visible product and technology projects. You will be working collaboratively across teams to ensure the projects are well-defined, customer-centric, and aligned to the organisation's commercial objectives. This Business Analyst position is based in Surrey, is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, and will be hybrid working. Please note that our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
Key responsibilitiesYou can expect your key responsibilities and activities to include:
- Deliver an outcomes-focused approach to the analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements (functional and non-functional)
- Collaborate with internal product, pricing, commercial teams and 3rd party developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and improve booking funnel journeys across digital products and platforms.
- Apply a pragmatic, impact and outcome-focused approach to deliver quick wins and longer-term value.
- Ensure alignment between commercial objectives of the business.
