We're working with an innovative defence organisation to support their search for a Business Analyst. This is a permanent BA position, based in Farnborough, and hybrid working 2-3 days per week onsite. Due to the nature of the position and our client's work, current active SC level security clearance is required.
Our client is looking for:
- Strong core BA skills including requirements gathering and elicitation
- Effective engagement with project stakeholders
- Experience of deploying technology solutions in a UK Defence setting
- Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to effectively bridge the gap between IT and non-technical stakeholders
Please note that current active SC level security clearance is required for this position.
