Our client, a complex global organisation, is seeking an experienced CPQ Functional Lead to help maximise value and realise benefit from a recently implemented Oracle CPQ platform. This interim role will focus on making Oracle CPQ performant through business adoption and integration enhancement.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive optimisation of the newly implemented Oracle CPQ solution, ensuring the business sees demonstrable commercial and operational value.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, and Operations teams to refine CPQ workflows, pricing logic, approvals, and associated activities.
- Lead functional enhancements and backlog prioritisation, translating business needs into clear solution requirements.
- Oversee integration improvements between Oracle CPQ and Salesforce, ensuring data consistency and seamless end-to-end processes.
- Provide hands-on support, user guidance, and functional expertise to increase adoption and confidence in the platform.
