I am looking for an experienced NHS Estates Manager to work with a large NHS Provider in the South East with multiple sites. This will be a 6 month contract and the successful candidate will expected to be 'on site(s)' for the majority of the working week. Having access to own transport is essential due to dispersed nature of sites. Essential Criteria Experience of working in the Estates function of an NHS organisation Experience of leading and developing a NHS Estates team Management of complex and challenging external contracts for the provision of maintenance services Experience of planning, mobilsing and delivering an Estates specific asset management system Desirable Criteria Has experience of working in estate function of NHS Mental Health and/or Community Trust and/or Primary Care Estates Experience of developing an Estates strategy from first principles
