Sales Development Representative Remote working - Head Office in Southampton, Regional Office in Northampton Salary: Dependent of experience - Range £30,000 - £40,000 plus commission My client is the largest independent cleaning equipment solutions company in the UK. With over 50 years of experience, they provide bespoke solutions with a customer focused model, delivering innovative and environmentally friendly services. Working with a client list of who’s who in the facilities management and property sectors, they are working to introduce robotics into the cleaning industry. As the company continues to grow, they are expanding their business development team. This new role will working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and the Business Development Team to open new markets. The role is part investigator, part developing sales relationships. Using a determined target list, you will analyse the companies, identify target contacts and develop a sales approach. Once you have identified the target, you will engage. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical research but also wants people interaction in their role. The Person: * You will have experience working in a sales development role, strategically analysing companies and developing sales approaches. * Confident and engaging personality, who is comfortable engaging with people and starting a conversation. * Target driven, someone who thrives on a challenge will succeed. * Strong analytical skills in order to interpret opportunities. * The ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Working closely within the Business Development team, there will be great opportunities for growth and development within the company
