The client requires an experienced Building Fit Out Programme Manager to lead the ‘end to end’ fit out process for a newly acquired warehouse type building which is effectively a shell. The building will host a logistics centre, staff accommodation and a vehicle maintenance hub. This is anticipated to be a 2-year programme of work.

The successful candidate will work closely with the in-house team and must have strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills. Additionally, a proven track record of working with suppliers to ensure large programmes such as this remain on track and deliver is essential.

This is a public sector organisation so public sector experience would be helpful but not essential; the core skills, knowledge and experience of a large complex building fit out are the key requirements of the Client.

This is a very important project for the Client, so it is essential that the successful candidate is not only suitably experienced but is also credible, personable and able to adapt to and embrace the culture of the organisation.

The Client is looking for a candidate who can start on or around 1 Dec 26; a phased start may be possible for the right candidate. Hybrid working may be possible, but a significant amount of working time will need to be on site due to the nature of the role.
