The Associate Director Organisational Development is a key leadership role supporting the People Directorate and Executive Team in the development, strategic coordination and oversight of the Trust’s improvement and organisational development agenda – Patient First, ensuring alignment with NHS Impact principles and between the Trust’s strategic priorities and annual breakthrough objectives.

The role is responsible for developing and embedding an integrated approach supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust, which is championed by the Trust Chief Medical Officer. This will be achieved by leading and developing improvement capability and capacity, organisational development interventions, and leadership development work across the Trust.
