About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. We’re looking for a Sub Agent to join our team based in Buckinghamshire. Our Sub Agent will need to assist with the construction strategy, this includes kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation such as Method Statements, Environmental and Quality Plans, Construction programmes, procurement, and design deliverable schedules. You must be able to liaise with our Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out the activities to the required standards, programme and budget. You'll also manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers. You'll be assisting with the co-ordination of construction operations, ensuring they conform to the contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) is a key part of this role. Assistance will also be required with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations and cost control.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills
- Experience of working on either Structures, Highways, Utilities or Earthworks
- You will need to have your own transportation to get to site, our compounds are set in very remote locations and are not accessible by public transport
- Holder of a CSCS card (white, white/yellow, gold, black or red) and SMSTS
