Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join the Sunbelt Rentals Team. In the role of Service Manager you will be based on our on site depot at EKFB and will manage all areas and aspects of a busy shop centre, driving the business forward to ensure targets and the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Supporting with the management of the onsite depot line with Company policies to maximise the performance
- Ensuring compliance with Company\’s contract administration procedures
- Driving shop sales
- Deliver an excellent service to all customers
- Ensuring that all aspects of work and process are carried out in-line with Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensuring that the quality of customer care/service and products provided reflect the highest levels of excellence
- Processing on/off hire within the site
- Day to day organising of transport, stock control and procurement
- Opening and closing of the site each day
There will also be a requirement to attend EKFB site management meetings, these could happen outside of usual trading hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Computer literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good understanding and experience of managing Health and Safety practices at work
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and to high quality standards
- Full driving licence
