EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB are looking for a Receptionist/Site Administrator to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works in the Brackley area on a part-time basis. In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. We expect you to take responsibility for all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include the booking in of visitors, procurement of office consumables and management of supplies. We will expect you to manage the meeting room booking for this office as well as the Microsoft Teams management of these rooms.
Whilst this will be your priority, we will also require your support on the quality, design and construction support in the form of uploading and tracking status of construction documents. You will be involved in correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR). We’d also like you to help in providing support to the Project Management and Commercial teams.
