At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. We’re recruiting for a Receptionist to join our project based at our Chipping Warden Office. This role is located in a remote location, and so we ask that candidates hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to work. Working hours for this role are 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday on site.

In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. We expect you to take responsibility for all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include:

  • The booking in of visitors
  • Procurement of office consumables and management of supplies
  • Management of the meeting room booking for this office
  • Microsoft Teams management of these rooms
  • Providing support to the Office Manager and project management teams when required
  • Assisting with the upload of documentation to our document management systems

About The Candidate

  • Experience in a reception or Administration role
  • Experience of using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail skills
  • Effective time management to work to deadlines
  • Must hold a valid UK drivers license and have access to a vehicle
