EKFB is seeking an organised Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join its People team in Milton Keynes.

You will lead onboarding activities, coordinate training across the project, and ensure competencies and records are kept up to date.

You will collaborate with labour providers and works teams, manage screening checks, IT equipment provisioning, and produce regular compliance reports.

A confident communicator with strong attention to detail and stakeholder relationship skills is essential.
