Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Onboarding and Training Coordinator to join our People team in Milton Keynes.
This role delivers an exceptional onboarding experience and coordinates training activities across the project.
You will work with stakeholders to ensure training requirements are completed within agreed timescales, maintain an accurate project training matrix, and produce regular reports to support compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and training activities across the project, ensuring operatives are onboarded in a timely manner and competencies are uploaded and verified.
- Collaborate with labour providers and works teams, monitor shared team mailboxes, respond to enquiries within agreed service levels, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Coordinate background screening checks through to completion and support the provision of IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate employee records across relevant systems and support continuity of service and compliance across the project for white-collar onboarding.
- Produce regular reports to support compliance and maintain the training matrix.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and deliver a high-quality candidate and employee experience.

- Experienced in onboarding, training or HR coordination.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing high volumes of activity with the ability to prioritise.
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to delivering a high-quality candidate and employee experience.
