EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.

We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our People team, based from our Milton Keynes office, with travel across our sites. This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance to employees on Kier/EKFB policies, HR and pay related queries.
  • Providing administrative support through processing a variety of HR and pay related changes into our HR system including processing various types of family friendly leave, redundancy, leavers, secondments, sabbaticals, extensions to probation and preparing the relevant correspondence ensuring GDPR compliance is maintained.
  • Monitoring, reviewing and contributing towards updating HR policies and ensuring that they remain in line with current legislation.
  • Acknowledging and responding to third party information requests.

  • Competent user of Excel.
  • Detail orientated, ability to have high levels of attention to detail and accuracy with information and data.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive with good planning and organisation skills.
