EKFB is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Chipping Warden.

You will work independently and, at times, lead a small group of commercial staff, preparing and agreeing variation accounts for main contracts and sub-contracts.

You will monitor costs against targets and contract progress, contribute to change control for EOT, delays and performance adjustments, and prepare interim and final valuations and accounts.
