The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery teams with uploading and downloading documentation onto the document management systems.
  • Raise document numbers (MIDP numbers) and manage electronic filing on shared drive.
  • Chase supply chain and delivery teams for outstanding paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the EKFB team to ensure adherence to EKFB Document Control protocols.
  • Upskill and share best practices with the wider team where required.
  • Encourage and train project team members to view and manage information electronically as agreed with project leadership.
  • Support the escalation of any issues regarding overdue and/or outstanding documentation with relevant project stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with Client EDMS requirements to ensure timely delivery of Project documentation.
  • Maintain responsibility for your own workload, continually developing skills and knowledge.
  • Support cultural change within the business unit and project by promoting a digital approach to information management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in using an electronic document management system.
  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
