About The Role At EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects. We’re recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section based in the Brackley area. In this role you will carry out both periodical duties and one-off tasks in accordance with deadlines and as directed by the Senior Commercial Team, these tasks will include: Cost, Value, productivity and cashflow reporting. Cost Optimisation and best value Change management incl. assessment and negotiation of change Risk/opportunity identification and management Strategy development and delivery Commercial advice, support and input for procurement Commercial management of Subcontract/Professional Services/Supplier subcontracts and accounts (including dispute identification/management) Contract advice and managing contractual notices Compliance with business processes and procedures Development of innovations/processes/procedures Supply chain and client management/care About The Candidate Qualified with a Quantity Surveying degree or similar Member of a relevant professional institution (CICES, RICS etc.) Experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor position Excellent leadership skills, communication and organisation skills About The Company EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
