Receptionist role based at the Chipping Warden Office. The position is on-site in a remote location; candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to travel to work. Working hours are 07:30β16:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for staff and visitors at the reception area.
- Manage all tasks related to the reception desk, including booking in visitors, procurement of office consumables, and management of supplies.
- Manage meeting room bookings for the office and the Microsoft Teams-enabled meeting rooms.
- Provide support to the Office Manager and project management teams as required.
- Assist with uploading documentation to document management systems (EDMS).
Qualifications
- Experience in a reception or administration role.
- Experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
