About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We’re looking for a Site Administrator to join our A418 Site Compound Office. This role is located just outside of Aylesbury in a remote location, and so we ask that candidates hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to work. Working hours for this role are 07:30-16:00 Monday to Friday on site.
In this role you will be the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for the reception area for staff and visitors. We expect you to take responsibility of all tasks relating to the reception desk area - this will include the booking in of visitors, procurement of office consumables and management of supplies. We will expect you to manage the meeting room booking for this office as well as the Microsoft Teams management of these rooms. You will provide support to the Office Manager and also the project management teams when required. We will also expect you to assist with the upload of documentation to our document management systems.
