About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Rocky Lane Site Compound Office on a fixed‑term contract.
The role is located just outside of Wendover and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Working hours are 07:30‑16:00 Monday to Friday on site.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of EKFB and the main point of contact for staff and visitors at the reception area.
- Manage all reception desk tasks including booking visitors, procuring office consumables, and maintaining supplies.
- Handle meeting room booking and Microsoft Teams management for the office.
- Provide support to the Office Manager and project management teams as required.
- Assist with uploading documentation to our document management systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in a receptionist or administration role.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to produce and manage communications.
- Flexible with tasks and keen attention to detail.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
