We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our Quality and Completions team. This role is based from our site compound office on the A41 - located just outside of Aylesbury. Due to the remote location of the office, we ask that all applicants hold a full driving license in order to be considered for the position.
In this role, you can expect to administrate the Information Management System and its supporting SharePoint structure to meet all compliance needs. We would also need your support with quality, design and construction in the form of uploading and tracking status of construction documents.
The role will require you to manage the Redline process and upload complete drawings to Transportal. You will also be responsible for correspondence and document management on various systems. You will be working closely with other Admin teams within the section of works to ensure a smooth running of the offices and compounds with regards to administration. We would like you to collate, upload and track Quality, performance and assurance related data.
You will be responsible for training new users so all accesses granted within the EDMS are relevant and appropriate. We would like you to adhere to EKFB Document Control protocols, upskilling and sharing best practice with the wider team where required.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders enabling correct use of the EDMS and being the first point of contact in respect of Handover & Completions administration and document management in Project.

- Knowledge of document management systems
- Experience of O365 especially SharePoint
- An understanding of ISO14001, 9001 and 45001 is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle
