The Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead customer modernization and cloud transformation projects, helping improve operational effectiveness and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, change management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include managing projects from discovery to delivery, aligning technology with business needs, and delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and adapt Ekco’s hybrid delivery framework
  • Mentor PMO team members
  • Lead project delivery through discovery, build, and acceptance phases
  • Engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships
  • Define change management approaches
  • Manage dependencies, risks, plans, costs, and resources
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and executives on complex solutions
  • Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met
  • Maintain project documentation and communication

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of project delivery experience
  • Proven success managing complex projects across multiple technical domains
  • Good understanding of cloud and infrastructure principles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and transitioning from Waterfall
  • Experience with cloud technologies, including VMware, Azure, and PaaS services
  • Effective governance and reporting skills
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
  • Application delivery experience
  • Certifications such as PMI/ACP, PRINCE2
