The Role
The Senior Project Manager will lead customer modernization and cloud transformation projects, helping improve operational effectiveness and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem solving, change management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities include managing projects from discovery to delivery, aligning technology with business needs, and delivering value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and adapt Ekco’s hybrid delivery framework
- Mentor PMO team members
- Lead project delivery through discovery, build, and acceptance phases
- Engage with stakeholders and maintain relationships
- Define change management approaches
- Manage dependencies, risks, plans, costs, and resources
- Collaborate with delivery teams and executives on complex solutions
- Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met
- Maintain project documentation and communication
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of project delivery experience
- Proven success managing complex projects across multiple technical domains
- Good understanding of cloud and infrastructure principles
- Experience with Agile methodologies and transitioning from Waterfall
- Experience with cloud technologies, including VMware, Azure, and PaaS services
- Effective governance and reporting skills
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
- Application delivery experience
- Certifications such as PMI/ACP, PRINCE2
