We are seeking an experienced and passionate AWS AI Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a remote trainer, you will deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) services, helping learners gain practical knowledge and industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interactive online training sessions on AWS AI/ML services, such as SageMaker, Rekognition, Polly, Lex, and Comprehend.
- Design and update course materials, hands-on labs, and assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards and AWS certifications.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, guiding them through practical exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AWS AI/ML services and integrate new features into the curriculum.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth and confidence.
- Work closely with the EkasCloud team to enhance training programs and customize courses based on learner needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (or equivalent) is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services.
- At least 2 years of experience in training or mentoring roles.
- Proficiency in AWS services like SageMaker, Rekognition, Polly, Lex, Comprehend, and Lambda.
- Strong knowledge of Python and relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on expertise in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting AI/ML solutions in AWS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with online training platforms and collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, etc.).
