We are seeking a talented and experienced AWS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a strong background in cloud computing.

As an AWS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops, and courses to individuals and organizations looking to enhance their skills and expertise in AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials covering various AWS services, architectures, and best practices, tailored to the needs and skill levels of participants.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, leveraging a variety of instructional techniques and tools to facilitate learning.
  • Provide practical, real-world examples and scenarios to illustrate concepts and reinforce understanding of AWS technologies and solutions.
  • Assist participants in setting up AWS environments, configuring services, and troubleshooting issues, offering guidance and support throughout the learning process.
  • Stay current with the latest AWS updates, announcements, and trends, incorporating new features and functionalities into training programs as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and expand training offerings, incorporating feedback from participants and industry developments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and participant feedback, making adjustments as necessary to improve learning outcomes.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting training offerings, including creating promotional materials and participating in outreach activities to attract new participants.
  • Mentor and coach junior trainers or team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience working with AWS, with hands-on experience deploying and managing AWS services and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures, with expertise in areas such as compute, storage, networking, security, and databases.
  • AWS certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience delivering training programs or workshops in a corporate or educational setting preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying current with AWS technologies and best practices.
