Role:

  • Contributing to the development of technology and automation of routine tasks.
  • Improving execution/alphas through backtesting/analysis.
  • Assisting in the deployment and verification of upgrades to the production environment’s technical infrastructure, including custom trading applications and market data distribution systems.
  • Onboarding and organizing new data sets.
  • Launching new strategies and models.
  • Learning, testing, and implementing new technologies, with a focus on open source solutions.
  • Proactively managing monitoring alerts and developing the monitoring platform.
  • Providing support for technical issues.
  • Designing and implementing trading infrastructure, building data analytics tools, or developing real-time execution strategies.
  • Working on complex computational and data-related problems and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Building tools and engines to enhance data analysis and workflow improvements.
  • Supporting post-trade activities for effective clearing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Developing and maintaining systems, including Linux servers, databases, and storage solutions.
