Key Responsibilities:
- Internalisation Strategy & Optimisation – Lead the internalisation of equity order flow, optimising trading logic, order routing, and execution strategies.
- P&L Management – Maximise the profitability of the internalisation book while ensuring alignment with risk and compliance frameworks.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight – Define and manage risk parameters, ensuring FCA compliance, adherence to MiFID II regulations, and alignment with Best Execution policies.
- Cost & Pricing Efficiency – Analyse the cost of trading, manage risk exposure, and ensure the firm offers the best possible prices to clients.
- Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring – Leverage analytics to track execution quality, liquidity trends, and market impact, providing actionable insights.
- Technology & Automation – Collaborate with tech teams to enhance trading infrastructure and automate key internalisation processes.
