Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Mentor to support the delivery of one-to-one lessons to students with diverse needs, including those with SEND. In this role, you will help students who are unable to attend mainstream schooling, engaging them with tailored and accessible lessons. Lessons may take place in students' homes, libraries, or other agreed-upon locations. A strong interest in sports and sport education is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish meaningful connections with students.
- Provide academic assistance and help children build confidence and reach their full potential.
- Support students with PSHE, Life Skills, RSE and AQA Award Units learnings.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
