Picker/Warehouse Operative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person to join the busy team at our Kendal branch as a Picker/Warehouse Operative.

As a Picker/Warehouse Operative your role will involve processing customer orders and locating items ready for dispatch as well as handling and putting away deliveries of stock.

The successful candidate must:

• have good numeracy and literacy skills
• pay close attention to detail
• be able to work to deadlines
• be able to work as part of a team

Prior experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday with Saturday work required on a rota system which is paid at an overtime rate
Holidays: 22 days plus
