- Willingness to travel within a reasonable distance to accommodate on‑site delivery where required.

- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Award in Education & Training).
- Recognised assessing qualification (e.g., A1, CAVA).
- Experience in delivering Apprenticeship standards.
