About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join a fast-growing product team and help shape the future of AI-enabled platform solutions.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will bridge business needs, customer problems, and technical execution to deliver impactful product experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, market insights, and industry trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across AI, API platforms, Saa S, and emerging technologies.
  • Own and write detailed user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria for technical initiatives.
  • Define and manage technically oriented product features involving APIs, integrations, AI workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and leadership to prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Drive roadmap planning and continuously adapt priorities based on customer and market feedback.
  • Manage and maintain product backlog and sprint readiness.
  • Support product delivery through agile development and CI/CD processes.
  • Lead validation activities including usability testing, internal testing sessions, and product feedback loops.
  • Monitor product performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Create and maintain product documentation including PRDs, API references, release notes, and product specifications.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within Saa S and AI environments.
  • Prior hands-on technical experience before moving into Product Management (Software Developer, Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or similar role) — mandatory.
  • Strong technical background is required.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and AI-driven product development.
  • Experience building and launching platform or API-first products.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, API lifecycle, and API testing methodologies.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation including Open API / Swagger specifications.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product environments.
  • Strong product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Technical educational background is required (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field).
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory (Arabic language is a required qualification).
