The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Head of Technical and Compliance, you will work between the Design / Development and Production teams to ensure all products are sealed on time according to the critical path and that quality standards are clearly communicated to and achieved by suppliers. You will be responsible for tracking all stages of garment development, establishing and approving graded spec charts, managing prototype and pre-production fittings, and overseeing the sealing process while providing guidance on quality levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Design / Development to identify seasonal block developments and, where new blocks are required, collaborate with suppliers to establish these, create measurement charts, and approve reference samples.
  • Manage the sealing critical path, fit approval schedule, and on‑time delivery for all prototypes and pre‑production samples.
  • Manage size standards for all product categories, establishing and maintaining fit and size standards for all brands.
  • Document and issue fit comments to vendors in line with the critical path.
  • Launch and approve graded spec charts, monitoring correct and consistent grade rules across all vendors.
  • Oversee shipment sample and AQL inspection processes.
  • Liaise with the Head of Technical and Compliance to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Maintain the Product Manual and ensure updates are issued and communicated effectively within the wider business and supply chain.
  • Manage approvals of product labelling and ensure that legal requirements for labelling are met.
  • Liaise with the supply base to ensure that all due‑diligence product testing is completed and meets industry standard requirements.
  • Create and maintain workbooks for each style once ordered, ensuring the workbooks are up‑to‑date throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor Junior Technologists and provide daily guidance where required.
