This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Trade Mark Attorney looking to develop their career within a thriving private practice environment.
The Opportunity: You will join a highly experienced and collaborative Trade Mark team, working within a fastâpaced department that delivers highâquality advice to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will be expected to become fully involved from day one, taking responsibility for a varied caseload and supporting the wider team in providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing UK and international trade mark portfolios
- Advising clients on clearance, filing, prosecution and enforcement matters
- Handling oppositions and other contentious trade mark proceedings
- Liaising directly with clients, overseas associates and relevant authorities
- Supporting the team in delivering a consistently high standard of service
