US Law Firm - Funds NQ (Sept 2025) (London Area)

A US law firm is seeking a newly qualified (Sept 2025) associate to join its high-performing Investment Management team in London. The team advises major global fund managers on complex private fund formations across strategies including private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate.

Requirements:

Due to the level of work and responsibility, only candidates who meet the following will be considered:

• Training at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, or elite US firm
• Must have done at least one seat in a Funds team
• Strong academics , ideally from Oxbridge or a Russell Group university (minimum 2:1)
• Exposure to, or a genuine interest in, private funds work
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial judgement
