The firm operates a minimum of 2 days working in the London office, with the flexibility to balance outside commitments where necessary. Because their business model is particularly agile, employees can choose to work more days in the office if they wish to do so. Teamwork is wholly encouraged throughout the firm, so Attorneys never feel they are working in isolation or without guidance.
It's an exciting time for the firm, with growth plans and strategic succession planning already in place for the next few years. If you're looking for a firm that can offer excellent professional growth opportunities, working with a huge variety of backgrounds and experience, then please contact James Dawes on 07739 982766 for an informal conversation or email jamesd@ejgroup.co.uk for more information.
