Patents and Trade Marks Recruitment Specialist (Private Practice and In-House)

You’re an ambitious, commercially astute UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney looking for a fresh challenge in a firm that can support and fulfill your professional ambitions.

You’re seeking a firm that can offer instructions from a rich blend of established and pioneering trade mark brands to protect their IP, whilst providing a friendly, supportive and fully inclusive working environment where both Trade Mark and Patent Attorneys reach their full potential.

Attorneys share strong interests and experience in law, business, marketing, and branding, possessing an impressive attention to detail, as well as being able to see the bigger picture. If you’ve acquired between 2-5 years PQE in a dedicated IP practice or law firm department, and can demonstrate sector experience within Fashion, FMCG, Fintech, or Life Sciences, then this new career opportunity should certainly pique your interest.

The firm operates a minimum of 2 days working in the London office, with the flexibility to balance outside commitments where necessary. Because their business model is particularly agile, employees can choose to work more days in the office if they wish to do so. Teamwork is wholly encouraged throughout the firm, so Attorneys never feel they are working in isolation or without guidance.
