This award‑winning, highly revered Legal 500 accredited private practice is seeking a UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney (1–3 years’ PQE) to join its dynamic and talented Trade Mark practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Trade Mark Attorney looking to develop their career within a thriving private practice environment.

The Opportunity: You will join a highly experienced and collaborative Trade Mark team, working within a fast‑paced department that delivers high‑quality advice to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will be expected to become fully involved from day one, taking responsibility for a varied caseload and supporting the wider team in providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing UK and international trade mark portfolios
  • Advising clients on clearance, filing, prosecution and enforcement matters
  • Handling oppositions and other contentious trade mark proceedings
  • Liaising directly with clients, overseas associates and relevant authorities
  • Supporting the team in delivering a consistently high standard of service
Candidate Profile
  • UK Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 1–3 years’ PQE
  • Ideally trained within a private practice or full‑service law firm
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and commercially astute
