A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Senior Associate into its highly regarded TMT practice.
This is a broad role spanning technology transactions, outsourcing, digital transformation, complex commercial agreements and data protection/regulatory advisory work, alongside some corporate support. There is also scope to work on TMT-focused M&A and joint ventures.
The team deliberately operates without silos, giving associates exposure across the full breadth of TMT, data and commercial work. At Senior Associate level, you will have the opportunity to lead transactions, take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in a growing practice.
