An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigator, ideally with at least 2 years’ PQE (but the partners are happy to consider those a little below), to join a growing Technology Disputes practice within a leading City firm.
The team advises on a broad range of complex technology and commercial disputes, including contractual IT disputes, AI and machine learning, negligence claims, regulatory disputes and founder/shareholder issues. Clients range from major global technology businesses to cutting‑edge AI and deep tech scale‑ups, offering genuinely varied and market‑shaping work.
This is a hands‑on role with significant client exposure, working directly with founders, senior stakeholders and in‑house teams. The successful candidate will have strong commercial litigation experience, excellent grounding in contentious procedure and remedies, and is keen to develop a specialism in technology‑related commercial disputes.
