A leading US law firm in London is seeking a c.4PQE+ Associate to join its specialist Technology & Intellectual Property Transactions team.
The team focuses exclusively on technology and IP transactional matters, providing advice on technology, AI, data privacy, licensing and intellectual property aspects of complex M&A, private equity and strategic transactions.
They work on some of the most significant global deals, offering exceptional exposure to sophisticated cross‑border work alongside a market‑leading corporate and private equity platform.
Requirements: strong experience in IP, commercial technology and/or technology transactions gained at a leading city, international or US law firm.
