A leading City law firm is looking to hire a 2–4 PQE Commercial Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial, Data & Technology practice.
The team advises an impressive client base across technology, life sciences, financial services, consumer brands and hospitality on a broad range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, technology agreements and strategic business arrangements.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality, business-critical work, including supply, distribution, manufacturing, services, franchising, outsourcing and software licensing agreements, while working closely with clients and senior lawyers in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Ideal candidates will have strong commercial contracts experience gained at a recognised law firm. Exposure to technology, data or life sciences matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
