An exciting position has become available for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a prestigious and fast growing law firm based in the City of London.

The role:
As part of their well-regarded Residential Property team, you will support a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
  • Managing all post-completion matters, including land registry applications and stamp duty submissions.
  • Liaising with third-party lenders and estate agents.
  • Conducting searches and pre-completion tasks.
  • Handling registrations.

About You
The successful candidate will have:

  • A law degree or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in residential property or conveyancing as a paralegal
  • Familiarity with SDLT returns, lease renewals, deeds of variation, searches, and obtaining documentation from HM Land Registry
  • Experience with pre- and post-completion matters
