The role:
As part of their well-regarded Residential Property team, you will support a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:
- Leasehold and freehold sales and purchases.
- Managing all post-completion matters, including land registry applications and stamp duty submissions.
- Liaising with third-party lenders and estate agents.
- Conducting searches and pre-completion tasks.
- Handling registrations.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A law degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 6 months experience in residential property or conveyancing as a paralegal
- Familiarity with SDLT returns, lease renewals, deeds of variation, searches, and obtaining documentation from HM Land Registry
- Experience with pre- and post-completion matters
