The Opportunity

This role sits within a well-established and ranked trade mark practice, working closely with senior Trade Mark Attorneys and the wider IP team. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of trade mark and design matters, supporting clients across industries including fashion, entertainment, e-sports, e-commerce, media and technology. You will be involved in high-quality, often cutting-edge work, including non-traditional marks and emerging brand protection issues, and will be given early responsibility within a supportive environment.

  • Advising on registrability and filing strategy
  • Drafting trade mark specifications
  • Conducting clearance searches
  • Managing UK and international trade mark and design portfolios
