A leading US law firm is seeking a c.4PQE+ Associate to join its specialist Technology & Intellectual Property Transactions team in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that focuses exclusively on technology and IP transactional matters, advising on the technology, AI, data privacy, licensing and intellectual property aspects of complex M&A, private equity and strategic transactions.
The team works on some of the most significant global deals in the market and offers exceptional exposure to sophisticated, cross-border work alongside a market-leading corporate and private equity platform.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in IP, commercial technology and/or technology transactions gained at a leading City, international or US law firm.
