We are working with a market-leading international law firm that is looking to hire an Associate into its highly regarded Patent Litigation team in London, at the NQ - 3 PQE level. This Patents practice is one of the most highly regarded in Europe, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, electronics, software, telecommunications, chemicals and automotive.

The successful candidate will join a predominantly contentious practice, working on a broad range of High Court and Unified Patent Court (UPC) litigation in particular. The team has been involved in a number of landmark patent cases, providing an excellent platform from which to work on high-profile and strategically significant litigation in this field.

While the role will be primarily contentious, there may also be opportunities for the successful candidate to gain exposure to non-contentious patent matters, depending on their interests.

To apply for this opportunity you must be a UK qualified Lawyer at the NQ - 3 PQE level, with UK Patent Litigation experience. A STEM background would be highly advantageous. Excellent academics are required.
