A leading global entertainment business is looking for an experienced EMEA Immigration Manager to join its People & Culture / Employment Legal function on a 13-month maternity cover. This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role supporting a fast‐paced, international workforce. The successful Immigration Manager will be the go‐to expert on UK immigration and sponsor licence compliance, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel across the EMEA region.

The role

  • Act as a trusted adviser to People & Culture partners, leaders and employees on all UK and EMEA immigration matters
  • Own the day‐to‐day management of multiple UK sponsor licences, ensuring full compliance
  • Manage immigration casework for new hires and existing employees, from start to finish
  • Liaise with external immigration counsel and service providers across EMEA
  • Advise on immigration policy, risk and best practice, escalating complex issues where required
  • Educate managers on sponsor licence obligations and right‐to‐work compliance
  • Partner with internal teams including recruitment, legal, payroll, finance and global mobility
  • Support Right to Work checks and related P&C operations activity

About you

  • 4+ years' experience in UK corporate immigration (in‐house or consultancy), with exposure to multi‐jurisdictional work a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of UK immigration law, work authorisation and sponsor licence compliance
  • Confident advising stakeholders at all levels in a complex, fast‐moving organisation
  • Highly organised, detail‐focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a global, hybrid environment
